It is becoming generally acknowledged that the practice of freely circulating Shri Mataji's talk transcripts by email or otherwise may not be very auspicious. It is easy to see why we might want to do it, but the idea has been expressed that, just as we shouldn't copy tapes and send them around without paying a royalty, in the same way we should respect written transcripts of Shri Mataji's lectures. It is not for us who are co-ordinating this project to dictate to anyone about what they do generally in this regard, but we do insist that all transcripts be respected in this way.
I'm sure that we all understand that this is a sacred trust that we have been given -- as these talks are being prepared primarily and specifically for a series of copyrighted Sahaja publications to be released to the public, they should not be copied or circulated in any other way. This applies both to our own completed transcriptions for this project, and to all other transcripts that you may receive or download from any source - remember - Shri Mataji's talks are copyrighted and by copying and circulating them or a fragment of the talk, we are breaking the rules.
